We are looking for a structured, proactive, and results-oriented professional with:
Hard skills
- Experience: At least 5 years in administrative roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Technical skills: Experience in budget management, accounts receivable and payable, and international contracts.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Tools: Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and knowledge of Power BI for analysis and reporting.
Soft skills
- Precision: Attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks in an organized manner.
- Team player: Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork.

What will you do?
You will play a crucial role in administrative and accounting management, with a focus on data analysis and international contract management. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analysis and KPIs: Defining, monitoring, and analyzing company KPIs to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of the company’s financial statements in collaboration with the accounting team and external consultants.
- International Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring contracts with foreign customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Collaboration with consultants: Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to ensure the correctness of procedures and the management of administrative and contractual issues.
- Data Production and Analysis: Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and the ERP system to analyze financial and operational data, creating clear and detailed reports.
- Administrative documentation: Ensuring accuracy in document management and compliance with tax and administrative deadlines.
