Health is a fact of balance between body and mind and yoga is a discipline that cares of both. From 2016 we have started to do Vinyasa Flow classes to give to our staff and to the local community the possibility to recharge and find the inner balance.
This strong and dynamic practice is characterised by a flowing sequence of poses, led by the rhythm of breath, which tones up and strengthens the muscles, intensifies flexibility and relaxes your mind.
