Accademia Digitale Integrata Industria 4.0: we believe in the future!

Digitalisation is one of the many challenges imposed by the current historical period and represents a necessary step in the growth process of companies that want to be competitive in their sectors or in international markets. The use of new technologies makes it possible to improve the performance of a business and strengthen the competitiveness of companies, which increasingly need 4.0 professionals.
Last week, TOSA Group took part in the project “Integrated Industry 4.0 Digital Academy: technologies, market, businesses, professionalism” organised by #SchneiderElectric, a multinational company driving the digital transformation in energy management and automation, sharing its know-how in industrial automation with the young participants.
During the meeting with undergraduate, graduate or PhD students in Industrial and Automation Engineering from 17 of Italy’s top universities, CEO #SerenaTosa and our technical manager Giovanni Lori initially presented the TOSA Group reality and then focused on analysing the skills needed by a company operating in our sector.
This training course is part of the mission that has always guided our company to be involved in events dedicated to future generations.
